What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, emails, and mail, ordering office supplies, and managing conference rooms.
  • Maintain the intranet, directories, organizational charts, and other documents.
  • Assist the Chief Human Resources Officer and home office Directors of Human Resources with HR responsibilities and special projects.
  • Monitor access, answer questions, follow up on issues, and audit HR programs.
  • Perform general office duties for the leadership team.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Associate degree in office administration, human resources, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of executive-level administrative, office management, or human resources experience.
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Visio, Outlook, Adobe, and Webex.
  • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
