- Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, emails, and mail, ordering office supplies, and managing conference rooms.
- Maintain the intranet, directories, organizational charts, and other documents.
- Assist the Chief Human Resources Officer and home office Directors of Human Resources with HR responsibilities and special projects.
- Monitor access, answer questions, follow up on issues, and audit HR programs.
- Perform general office duties for the leadership team.
- Associate degree in office administration, human resources, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5+ years of executive-level administrative, office management, or human resources experience.
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Visio, Outlook, Adobe, and Webex.
- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
