Planet Fitness is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will provide virtual support to management and internal teams by managing schedules, handling communications, maintaining records, and assisting with various administrative duties. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments for managers and team members.
- Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and internal communications.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain digital filing systems and update company records.
- Assist with data entry and document management.
- Support team projects and provide administrative assistance across departments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports when required.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and sensitive data.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Must live in the United States.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack) is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work.
- Prior experience in a corporate or fitness industry environment.
