Qualifications
- Associate degree with 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative role, or
- High school diploma/GED with at least 2+ years of relevant administrative experience
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems and proposal writing platforms (preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, reliable, and discreet with a high level of professionalism
- Punctual and dedicated to maintaining a positive work ethic
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Assist Business Development staff with proposal preparation, client contact verification, and CRM updates
- Manage calendar appointments, meetings, and schedule coordination for the team
- Generate reports and assist in tracking project and opportunity statuses
- Handle expense reports, purchase orders, and electronic filing of documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Order and maintain office supplies for designated locations
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls and emails from clients and internal teams
- Participate in company meetings and huddles to stay aligned with team goals
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Assist with office documentation, electronic filing, and general administrative tasks as needed
- Support the overall operational efficiency of the Business Development Department
