Qualifications
- Previous administrative, HR, or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Must be based in New Jersey
- Manage and maintain employee schedules and shift coordination to ensure optimal coverage
- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, including benefits administration and maintaining employee records
- Support daily office operations through document preparation, data entry, and filing
- Handle incoming communications such as emails, phone calls, and correspondence to ensure timely responses
- Assist management with reporting, data analysis, and internal communication efforts
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information at all times
- Provide excellent customer service and internal support to team members and customers
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operational workflows
- Participate in special projects and perform additional administrative duties as required
- Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours
