Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Beaverton, OR. The Administrative Assistant will perform day-to-day administrative tasks including organizing schedules, maintaining records, managing correspondence, and supporting executive staff. The role also involves handling phone communications with professionalism and assisting with clerical and office tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and time management abilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education is a plus
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred
