Role Description
We are seeking a Remote Member Experience & Bookkeeping Coordinator to support a nonprofit 501(c)(7) Ferrari enthusiast organization. This role combines member-facing communication, administrative coordination, and bookkeeping responsibilities in a fully remote environment. The position works closely with board leadership and serves as a key point of contact for members, helping ensure smooth communication, accurate financial tracking, and a high-quality member experience.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience in a combined administrative and bookkeeping role (or closely related roles)
- Demonstrated experience with bookkeeping functions including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Experience supporting leadership, executives, boards, or member-based organizations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in member-facing or client-facing communication
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero
- High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential financial and membership information
Preferred
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations, ideally 501(c)(7), 501(c)(3), or membership associations
- Familiarity with board governance, committees, or volunteer leadership structures
- Experience in high-touch customer service, concierge support, or community management environments
- Interest or familiarity with automotive enthusiast communities or similar membership-based groups
- Experience using membership management systems or CRM platforms
- Comfort supporting event coordination or community engagement activities
