Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Part-Time Remote Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing virtual events

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
