- Prepare, submit, and track accurate expense reports while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Serve as a professional point of contact, demonstrating strong communication skills with senior leaders and global stakeholders
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior leaders; cross-functional experience preferred
- Advanced skills in managing complex, high-volume calendars
- Proven ability to coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including visas and changes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships
- Experience with expense reporting and reconciliation
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
