About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting the daily operations of our office and assisting the Managing Director(s) with a wide array of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The position offers an on-site work arrangement, which may be adjusted based on the evolving needs of the role, including working in-office five days per week. This is a non-exempt, overtime-eligible position based out of Nashville, TN, with a competitive salary range and comprehensive benefits.

About The Role

Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative role; 2+ years if holding an Associate's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Incredibly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Professional and level-headed demeanor
- Excellent problem-solving abilities in various business situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships with staff and clients
- Willingness to pursue Notary Public commission (at the firm's expense)
- Manage the day-to-day schedule and commitments of remote and in-office Executives
- Provide support for pick-ups, drop-offs, and deliveries
- Maintain filing systems and perform general office duties
- Screen calls and serve as a point of contact for employees and business network
- Keep calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Assist with monthly client billing, timesheets, and expense reports
- Support special projects and organize company events as needed
- Assist with tax correspondence and related documentation
- Provide coverage for Administrative Assistants and Receptionist when necessary
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $48,000 to $57,000
- Potential for annual bonuses based on performance
