Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated and seasoned professional Administrative Assistant to support the Precision Fire and Maneuver Systems Strategic Business Unit (LADs). This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support across three different portfolios, working closely with leadership and staff to facilitate smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with strong organizational skills, capable of managing a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail. Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, document handling, and supporting process improvements. The Administrative Assistant will also play a key role in maintaining confidentiality, building relationships within the organization, and ensuring that administrative tasks are executed accurately and efficiently under general supervision.

Qualifications
- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training)
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience in calendar management and meeting coordination
- Ability to handle travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
- Experience as an executive or senior administrative assistant is preferred
- Proficiency with M365 Copilot add-on for Microsoft 365 is a plus
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team and staff within the portfolio
- Coordinate and maintain leaders' calendars, including scheduling meetings, events, and travel
- Support all administrative teams within the organization as needed
- Manage meeting logistics, including arranging visitors and catering services
- Assist with virtual and in-person meeting facilitation, including preparing slides and supporting technology setup
- Assist leadership with travel arrangements and processing expense reports in compliance with company policies
- Handle onboarding documentation and coordinate new employee integration
- Coordinate office moves and maintain company document repositories
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other administrative personnel to foster a unified work environment
- Support process improvements and adapt to evolving business needs
- Respond professionally to complex email and phone inquiries
- Assist in gathering, verifying, and processing documentation for lower-level staff
- Review data entries and maintain accurate record-keeping
- Exercise discretion to safeguard confidential information
- Coordinate logistics around classified conference rooms and VTC rooms
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned
- Competitive salary range of $53,100 to $100,900, commensurate with experience
