We are seeking a resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to support two senior leaders within our Sales and Revenue Operations & Analytics teams. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a dependable partner, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and facilitating seamless event and travel arrangements. Your efforts will enable our leaders to focus on strategic initiatives by ensuring their schedules are optimized and their administrative needs are efficiently handled. About The Role

Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably supporting Revenue or Commercial leadership teams
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and expense/travel management software
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in handling sensitive information
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues
- Experience supporting high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Willingness to travel 6–8 times per year for team and company meetings or events
- High level of reliability, adaptability, and attention to detail
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars for senior leaders, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment across stakeholders
- Prepare agendas, develop presentation materials, and facilitate meeting logistics to ensure productive discussions
- Attend select meetings to capture key action items, track deliverables, and ensure timely follow-up
- Plan and execute team-building activities, partner meetings, and on-site/off-site sessions with precision
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Support team to align priorities and share best practices organization-wide
- Handle administrative operations including expense reports, complex travel logistics, and document preparation using Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Support invoice and purchase order processing, monitor departmental budgets, and collaborate with Finance on expense analysis
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed to support team efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinate recognition programs and reinforce Affirm’s values to promote a positive team culture
