- Assist Sales Managers and Consultants in completing projects
- Collect and present data for sales teams to enhance performance
- Communicate with customers to gather necessary information
- Serve as a liaison between sales and other departments
- Strong administration skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
- Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
- Availability for 40 hours per week with rotating shifts from 7 am to 10 pm, including required Saturday shifts once a month
- Experience in a sales enablement or administrative support role
- Familiarity with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
- Proven problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
