The Administrative Assistant role is essential to maintaining smooth daily business operations in a remote, fast-paced environment. This position supports the administrative needs of the team by managing communication, scheduling, and documentation, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
3. Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Manage and respond to emails, correspondence, and customer service inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments for senior staff.
• Assist in preparing regular reports, presentations, and documents.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records related to auctions, sales, and customer information.
• Liaise with internal teams to handle requests and queries.
• Organize and maintain digital filing systems for easy information access.
• Support auction and liquidation processes by assisting with listing coordination and post-sale administration.
4. Requirements:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in office support.
• Exceptional organizational skills with effective task prioritization and time management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professionalism.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent G Suite applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
• Experience in e-commerce, online retail, or auction environments is desirable but not required.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Competitive hourly wage of $25 - $39 USD, commensurate with experience.
• Fully remote working arrangement.
