Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)

- Read, handle, and respond to correspondence and memos or direct them to appropriate parties
- Prepare and develop confidential and routine correspondence, reports, forms, and business documents
- Assist with preliminary work on various projects and initiatives
- Manage inter-office and U.S. mail, including preparation and distribution of bulk mailings
- Organize and maintain administrative records and filing systems for easy retrieval
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families, addressing concerns and inquiries professionally
- Review and maintain time and attendance records for supervisor approval before submission to payroll
- Enter missed punches for staff and agency employees, reconcile hours daily
- Coordinate room setups and refreshments for meetings and conferences
