- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Commission, managing front-office security and the general agency inbox
- Provide administrative support, including drafting reports and processing reimbursements
- Offer technical assistance regarding Homeownership programs and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate daily mail logistics and manage conference room reservations
- Facilitate meeting preparations and assist with special projects as needed
- Excellent customer service skills as the initial point of contact for all callers and visitors
- Proficient in operating multi-line phone systems and communicating clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Competent in maintaining office security and managing visitor access
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of Commission programs to assist callers and visitors
- Demonstrated experience in preparing correspondence and reports using word processing and spreadsheet applications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a clerical, office, or administrative position
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce
