Bonaccord Capital Partners (“BCP”) is a private equity firm focused on acquiring non-control equity interests in mid-market private markets sponsors, including private equity, private credit, real estate and real assets. BCP is seeking a fully remote, part-time Administrative Assistant hire for its management company to have primary responsibility on assisting with expense reporting for leadership. In this position, the Administrative Assistant will report directly to the CFO of Bonaccord Capital Partners but will partner directly with and receive work guidance from our Executive Assistants.
This role provides for a flexible work schedule within the company’s primary business hours of Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm ET. The role requires working knowledge of expense classification and documentation and a focus on detail while aligning with set deadlines. Candidates need to be independent workers that can be trusted with confidential data.
Duties and responsibilities
- Coordinating with Executive Assistants, prepare and submit expense reports for leadership, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Assist with travel bookings, as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Previous administrative experience with demonstrated experience managing leadership expense reporting
- Industry experience with investment companies such as private equity, private credit, or other private markets strategies a plus
- Experience with expense management tools such as Concur, Expensify, TripsWare, or similar
- Highly organized with strict attention to detail
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
