What You’ll Do:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls (front-desk style — not a call center!)
- Handle inboxes, calendars, and schedules with attention to detail
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and CRM updates
- Communicate confidently and professionally via phone, email, and chat

What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English (C1/C2) + Spanish or Portuguese
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or customer service roles
- Executive mindset: organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, CRMs, and multitasking across platforms
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet and good tech
- A laptop/desktop Windows 11+ with >7GB usable RAM, Intel Core 8th Generation/ Ryzen 3 2nd-gen or higher
