We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of our daily office operations while providing top-level support to the leadership team. This hybrid role blends hands-on administrative duties with office management responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and expense reports
  • Coordinate internal meetings, events, and communications
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires and general HR administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal staff and external visitors
  • Support the leadership team with special projects and reporting tasks

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in office management and/or executive administrative support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and modern office tools
  • Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Fluent in English; German and/or French is a plus
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred
