We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of our daily office operations while providing top-level support to the leadership team. This hybrid role blends hands-on administrative duties with office management responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and expense reports
- Coordinate internal meetings, events, and communications
- Assist with onboarding of new hires and general HR administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Act as the main point of contact for internal staff and external visitors
- Support the leadership team with special projects and reporting tasks
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in office management and/or executive administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and modern office tools
- Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in English; German and/or French is a plus
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred
