Key Responsibilities- Manage office logistics, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Provide administrative support to executives and teams (calendar, travel, documentation)
- Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications
- Maintain records, filing systems, and compliance documentation
- Act as a liaison between departments and external partners
- Oversee facilities and help foster a productive, welcoming work environment
- 2–5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Fluent in English; German or French is a strong asset
- Friendly, reliable, and service-oriented mindset
- KV/apprenticeship, business degree, or equivalent experience
