We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide essential support to our team and leadership. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing both people and processes in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office logistics, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Provide administrative support to executives and teams (calendar, travel, documentation)
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and compliance documentation
  • Act as a liaison between departments and external partners
  • Oversee facilities and help foster a productive, welcoming work environment
Your Profile
  • 2–5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Fluent in English; German or French is a strong asset
  • Friendly, reliable, and service-oriented mindset
  • KV/apprenticeship, business degree, or equivalent experience
