What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all personnel records and employee information
  • Assist in the recruiting process, including processing applications and new-hire paperwork
  • Enter new hire information, personnel changes, and payroll information into the HRIS system
  • Answer questions concerning benefits, schedules, and policy, and escalate employee concerns as needed
  • Maintain schedules, compile reports, and prepare billing information

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for at least 2 years
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain positive relations with internal and external contacts
  • Must possess a High School diploma or GED

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
