What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide advanced administrative support to faculty and the CliPIR division
  • Manage scheduling, program coordination, and planning of events, lectures, and conferences
  • Develop and maintain organizational systems for electronic/physical records
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for communication with individuals and groups
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Suite, and virtual meeting platforms (Teams/Zoom)
  • Effective oral and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Previous experience with administrative tasks in a professional setting
  • Experience coordinating events and/or meetings in an academic or professional context
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
