About The Role
The Administrative Assistant II role is based in Franklin, Tennessee, and requires onsite presence to effectively perform essential duties. This position is vital in providing comprehensive administrative support to management and various functions within the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, supporting leadership with Microsoft suite applications, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role involves handling administrative tasks such as document scanning, faxing, copying, and filing, alongside analytical support for research and data analysis projects. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant II will facilitate communication across departments, coordinate major executive events, and oversee office management responsibilities to maintain an efficient and organized work environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of related administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with expense management systems such as Concur
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Experience coordinating events and managing office operations is a plus
- Manage and maintain calendars for management and leadership teams, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives and staff
- Support leadership by leveraging Microsoft Office applications for presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Respond promptly and effectively to incoming requests, resolving issues as needed
- Perform administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, copying, and filing documents
- Provide analytical support through research and data analysis to assist decision-making processes
- Interact with employees at all levels to gather information, facilitate communication, and coordinate activities between departments and external parties
- Lead or assist in organizing major executive events, including leadership summits, town halls, offsite meetings, and board preparations, ensuring logistics and communication are seamless
- Oversee office management functions such as space planning, supply procurement, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with administrative policies
