- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in an Administrative Assistant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with all levels of management and external contacts
- Previous experience receiving directives from several executive team members
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage time effectively
