About the Opportunity
One of our clients is looking for a proactive and highly organised professional to provide Administrative & Executive Support to senior leadership and operational teams within a fully remote environment.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong coordination skills who are confident supporting busy teams, managing schedules, and maintaining high levels of organisation and professionalism while working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support to leadership and internal teams
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
- Take accurate meeting notes and track follow-up actions
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Manage inboxes, correspondence, and internal communications
- Maintain organised digital filing systems and company records
- Support operational tasks, project coordination, and general administration
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, executive support, office coordination, or PA/EA roles
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable working remotely and managing priorities independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience supporting senior leaders or remote executive teams
- Exposure to project coordination or operations support
- Experience working in professional services, tech, recruitment, or corporate environments
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, Zoom, Asana, Notion, etc.)
