Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Accounts Payable Specialist. The position involves managing and processing expense reports, preparing and verifying financial data, handling accounts payable transactions, and maintaining the accuracy of accounting records. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of all financial documentation. Collaboration with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support financial reporting will also be required.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles, including experience with journal entries and account reconciliation
- Proficiency in handling and managing Expense Reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Excellent Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret and resolve financial discrepancies
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in an accounts payable role is preferred
