Established Search is partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing medical technology company to recruit an Accountant to join their Finance team based in the Hamburg region.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and process employee expense claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Support and improve expense management processes and controls.
- Create, issue, and post customer invoices.
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue payments.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment queries.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Act as a key contact for employees regarding expense-related questions and processes.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day finance operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience within Accounting, Finance, Accounts Receivable, or a similar finance function.
- Strong understanding of invoicing, receivables management, reconciliations, and financial processes.
- Experience managing employee expenses is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent German and English language skills are preferred.
