We built an AI-powered cultural intelligence platform that maps human behavior across the world's largest social video platforms. Our clients are global brands that need to understand what's actually happening in culture — not last quarter, but right now.
We need someone who can turn that data into stories that move boardrooms.

What you'll actually do:
▸ Dive deep into our platform to uncover cultural trends, behavioral shifts, and emerging narratives before they hit mainstream. ▸ Transform complex datasets into clear, compelling strategic recommendations that help brands stay ahead of culture. ▸ Build client-facing presentations that don't just inform — they inspire action. ▸ Partner with our Data & Strategy teams to refine queries and push the boundaries of what cultural intelligence can do. ▸ Support client onboarding, calibrating the platform to solve their specific business challenges. ▸ Contribute fresh perspectives in brainstorms. Challenge assumptions. Bring receipts.

This role is for you if:
✓ You have 2+ years turning research, social data, or cultural insights into strategies that actually got implemented — not just presented. ✓ You're the person in the room who spots the trend before it trends. You live in the feed, but you think in frameworks. ✓ You can take a messy dataset and walk out with a story that makes a CMO lean forward. ✓ You've worked with social listening tools, trend forecasting platforms, or cultural research — and you're hungry to master an AI-powered one. ✓ You communicate with clarity and confidence. Written, verbal, in a deck — you know how to land the insight. ✓ You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where initiative matters more than instructions.

💰 Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 USD gross/year 🌎 Location: Remote (US-based). Occasional in-person team meetings in New York and client meetings across the US. 🚀 Team: You'll work alongside a global, cross-functional team obsessed with culture, data, and building the future of brand intelligence. 🎯 Type: Full-time
