About the Role: The role involves managing key account customers and driving customer retention and expansion while collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Take care of the key account customer base, overseeing all commercial aspects, including upselling and customer retention.
- Drive Customer Retention & Expansion, aiming to increase the net retention of your business book with quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage and cultivate long-term partnerships with key accounts.
- Collaborate closely with the Channel Sales Team to develop effective sales strategies and actionable plans.
- Lead the complete sale cycle, from outbound lead generation to successfully closing deals.
- Act as the point of brand and category expertise for key account customers, serving as a trusted business advisor.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related working experience in the IT industry.
- Experience in presenting to and interacting with senior management of organizations.
- Strong understanding of the channel structure.
- Experience in working with Enterprise accounts (over 1,000 employees).
- Chinese skill is highly preferred.
