📍 Location: Amsterdam & Randstad
🏠 Home-based with travel across your region and occasional visits to Belgium and the wider Netherlands

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospection – Identify and engage new clients by researching market opportunities, building relationships, and presenting tailored procurement solutions.
- Relationship Management – Maintain and grow strong partnerships with existing hospitality clients.
- Opportunity Identification – Analyse client needs and advise on cost-saving and efficient procurement strategies.
- Growth Realisation – Understand client culture and challenges to uncover opportunities for purchasing growth.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Monitor and translate purchasing data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Market Insights – Stay on top of industry trends to enhance procurement strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Experience in account management, sales, or procurement — hospitality background is welcome but not required
- A thoughtful commercial mindset and ability to understand client needs
- Resilience and drive to succeed in a client-focused environment
- Great communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholder
- Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations
