This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills and the ambition to grow into a future commercial or leadership role within Modulex.
Founded by the LEGO Group in Denmark, Modulex designs and manufactures modular and fully customised signage systems that support wayfinding, branding, and architectural integration. Our factory in Billund is a leading hub for sustainable signage production.
Today, Modulex is present in more than 300 cities across 45 countries, delivering signage solutions that combine functionality, design excellence, and environmental responsibility.
We create signage that lasts — and solutions that align with the values of transparency, functionality, and environmental responsibility.
You will be part of a small but dedicated team focused on building the Dutch market. You’ll be responsible for:
- Identifying and developing B2B client relationships
- Presenting and promoting sustainable signage solutions to prospects and partners
- Preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Supporting project coordination and client handovers
- Participating in long-term market development and team growth
- Collaborating closely with our international production and customer service teams
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting — and is motivated by impact and long-term value creation.
The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of related experience, preferably within the architectural signage/design-related industry, along with a proven business development and direct sales track record and managerial experience. We seek an exceptional, dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team. Long term, equity participation is available for the right candidate. We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds, but ideally you bring:
- A degree in business, communication, marketing, or a related field
- Some experience in sales, customer relations, or B2B environments
- Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- A strong interest in sustainability, design, and innovation
- A self-starter mindset, combined with a collaborative spirit
- Digital literacy and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools
