Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction while addressing client inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, identifying opportunities to enhance client services, and communicating potential solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely resolutions, support process improvements, and contribute to client retention and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Management, Relationship Building, and Customer Support
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise effectively
- Experience in Tax Services, Financial Services, or a related field is a plus
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Capacity to adapt in a remote work environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts
Manage onboarding and ongoing communication
Resolve issues in coordination with internal teams
Identify retention and upsell opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM records
Requirements
2–4 years in account management or client success
Strong communication skills
Experience managing multiple accounts
Fluent English and remote capability
