Do you want to drive technical sales in the industrial sector across Sweden and Eastern Denmark?

For nearly 50 years, OTV Plast has been a highly specialized subcontractor of custom-made plastic components for industrial clients in Denmark and Sweden. We excel in small series and complex plastic parts. Most of our sales consist of customer-specific items, but we also deliver semi-finished plastic products and offer complete packaging solutions and inventory agreements.

On the Frontline – Building Relationships and Driving Sales

You’ll be our go-to person out in the field – covering southern Sweden and Zealand. But you won’t be doing it alone: you’ll have daily sparring with our Sales Manager in Denmark and solid backup from an internal sales support colleague.

What We Imagine You Bring to the Team:

  • A strong background within sales and be comfortable in an independent role.
  • Having experience with industrial customers is a plus.
  • You have a solid technical understanding – you can confidently advise on material specs, benefits, and limitations of different plastic types.


What Will Your Workday Look Like?

  • Hunting for new leads across various industrial sectors – from small businesses to major players, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advising and guiding existing customers to strengthen relationships.
  • Following up on offers and driving promotional sales efforts.
  • Representing us at trade shows, with a focus on business development.


You'll have full control of your calendar, typically spending three days a week visiting clients. This role demands a proactive mindset, self-discipline, and a genuine drive to get out and make things happen.


We’ll make sure you’re equipped with a company car, laptop and work phone, and thorough onboarding at our factory in Vejen, Denmark – plus continuous training and upskilling.
