Temu is seeking Account Managers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for sellers, ensuring seamless onboarding, compliance, and operational support to drive their success on our platform. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing sellers, ensuring smooth operations on the platform.
- Work with sellers directly to help improve sales, optimize product listings, and enhance platform marketing effectiveness.
- Provide one-on-one support to sellers, helping with platform policies and processes, answering questions, and resolving conflicts.
- Monitor store performance through data analysis, implementing strategic suggestions for GMV growth.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of operational experience, including but not limited to experience in brand management or platform operations.
- Strong data analysis skills, able to analyze industry trends and project management through data, and summarize conclusions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changes.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage logistics during high-demand periods.
- Fluent in English and business level mandarin speaking is preferred.
