We’re hiring for a fast-growing SaaS business shaking up the hair & beauty industry. This isn’t your typical AM role. It’s sales + training + relationship management.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with salon owners
- Onboard and train new customers
- Drive product adoption and usage
- Upsell additional features (incl. payments)
- Spot churn risks and retain accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor on both product and industry trends
What You’ll Bring
- Consultative sales or account management experience
- Confident running demos/training sessions
- Strong communication and objection handling
- Commercial mindset + resilience
- Comfortable with outbound (high call volume)
