At Childcare Business Growth (CBG), we’re expanding fast and looking for an Account Manager who thrives on building relationships, creating impact, and supporting childcare businesses across the United States—all from wherever you are.
This is more than a desk job—you’ll also have the opportunity to travel domestically up to twice a year for client events. In the past, we've held events in Miami, Washington, Orlando, Tampa, and California—and we can’t wait to see where you’ll join us next!
If your background is in marketing, account management, customer service, or early childhood education, and you love helping people succeed through meaningful work, this role might be your perfect fit.
- Client Champion – Develop strong, trust-based relationships with childcare business owners to ensure they feel supported and confident.
- Campaign Guru – Oversee and optimize client marketing campaigns, ensuring they hit targets and exceed expectations.
- Trusted Partner – Lead regular Zoom calls and client meetings, turning complex data into simple, strategic guidance.
- Data Detective – Dive into ROI and performance metrics to derive data-driven recommendations.
- Project Juggler – Balance multiple accounts, deadlines, follow-ups, and deliverables with precision.
- U.S. Explorer – Travel within the U.S. to represent CBG at client events, support on-site needs, and engage the childcare community in person.
- 2+ years’ experience in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Customer Service, Account Management, or Early Childhood Education
- A natural communicator, confident in both written and verbal expression
- The ability to explain complex ideas simply and clearly
- A genuine people person who loves engaging with clients and building rapport
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Confidence using Google Docs/Sheets, CRMs, and virtual meeting tools
- (Bonus, but not required): Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, PR, Education, or a related field
