- Own the post-sale client experience from deal close through long-term partnership
- Partner with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff and onboarding
- Build trusted relationships with employer and advisor stakeholders
- Lead employer onboarding, including kickoff meetings and onboarding check-ins
- Deliver employee education sessions and support adoption of the platform
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their advisors
- Manage an ongoing portfolio of clients focused on adoption, satisfaction, and retention
- Proactively identify risks, surface opportunities, and resolve issues
- Partner cross-functionally to improve client outcomes and reduce churn
