Account Manager – SaaS ERP (Distribution)
Location: Remote (US-based, with some travel required)
Compensation: $95,000 base + $150,000 – $160,000 Double OTE (Uncapped Commission)

The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring their needs are met. You will oversee customer account management, including contracts, renewals, and upsell opportunities, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
This is a 100% account management role (no new business acquisition) with a focus on managing longer sales cycles and supporting growth within assigned accounts. The role may involve occasional travel and participation in customer events or trade shows.
For senior account managers, responsibilities will also include mentoring junior team members, supporting billing activities in partnership with global teams, and representing the company at industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead point of contact for all account-related matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Manage customer accounts, including renewals, contracts, and agreements to maximize value
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (customer service, product, and billing) to improve the customer experience
- Support customer events, trade shows, and other industry activities
- In a senior capacity: mentor junior account managers and liaise with global billing teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in Account Management within SaaS, ERP, logistics, distribution or WMS solutions
- Strong knowledge of wholesale, distribution sectors (automotive industry knowledge highly desirable)
- Proven ability to manage longer, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused, with a track record of driving account growth and satisfaction
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and willing to travel occasionally for customer and industry events
