WHAT YOU'RE WALKING INTO:
- A product people actually want — low churn, strong retention, customers who refer others
- Thousands of PMCs and HOA communities across North America still running on spreadsheets and emails — the market is wide open
- Full account ownership from first call to renewal — no splits, no territory fights, no one swooping in on your deals
- Uncapped commission tied to new business, expansion, and renewal — the upside is real if you do the work
WHO THEY WANT:
- 3+ years of B2B MSP sales with a track record of hitting or beating quota
- A hunter — someone building pipeline, not just managing what already exists
- Full-cycle experience: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close
- Strong demo skills — you connect product to pain fast and adjust on the fly
- CRM disciplined (Salesforce preferred); you forecast accurately and manage your pipeline like a business
- Self-directed — this is a high-autonomy environment and they mean it
- Proptech, property management, or real estate software background is a real advantage
Your day-to-day will look something like this:
- Outbound prospecting into property management companies, condo boards, and HOA communities across North America
- Running full sales cycles from discovery through close — no hand-holding, no committee required
- Building ROI-based cases for property managers, board members, and ownership groups who don't always agree
- Owning your book post-close: upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and keeping churn from eating your number
- Showing up at industry events and trade shows (CAI and similar) to build pipeline in person
