    What You’ll Do

    As an Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our clients thrive. You’ll be a trusted partner, managing key relationships, streamlining processes, and providing exceptional support at every turn.

    Here’s how you’ll contribute:

    • Client Success: Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their goals are met.
    • Proactive Problem Solving: Address client needs and challenges with creativity and professionalism.
    • Streamline Operations: Collaborate with internal teams to refine workflows and improve efficiency.
    • Quality Control: Monitor internal processes and suggest improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
    • Ongoing Communication: Oversee client onboarding, weekly updates, and monthly reporting.


    What We’re Looking For

    Skills & Experience:

    • Fluent English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Outgoing, client-focused personality with a solutions-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to handle challenges with grace under pressure.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and productivity platforms like Google Docs and Asana.
    • Prior experience in account management or client-facing roles is a plus—but a drive to learn and grow is even better!


    Your Schedule

    Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM MST

    Location: Remote
