As Pepper continues to grow internationally, we are looking for an Account Manager to support and grow our US client base. This role sits within our growing Account Management team and is ideal for someone who is confident managing influencer marketing campaigns, building strong client relationships, and helping deliver brilliant work for brands in the US market.
About the Role
As Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing influencer marketing campaigns from planning through to delivery, optimisation, reporting, and client communication.
You will act as a trusted day-to-day point of contact for clients, creators, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered with care, clarity, and commercial impact. You will be responsible for keeping projects organised, maintaining strong relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping clients feel confident in Pepper’s strategic and creative approach.
This role is especially focused on supporting and growing Pepper’s work with US-based clients. You will help us build excellent client relationships in the US market, contribute to campaign strategy for American audiences, and support the development of Pepper’s reputation internationally.
You will be part of a supportive and collaborative Account Management team. Although Pepper is headquartered in the UK, this role is fully remote and designed for someone based on the US East Coast, working hours compatible with US East Coast clients and colleagues.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForCampaign Delivery and Account Management
- Managing influencer marketing campaigns from planning through to execution, optimisation, and reporting.
- Overseeing campaign timelines, deliverables, documents, budgets, and client updates with accuracy and care.
- Preparing, maintaining, and updating internal and client-facing media plans, proposals, trackers, briefs, and reports across Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Creating and managing campaign documents including proposals, contracts, briefs, schedules, and reporting materials.
- Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with client objectives.
- Continuously evaluating campaign performance and proactively recommending improvements.
- Compiling, maintaining, and analysing accurate, transparent, and insightful campaign reports.
- Understanding what ROI looks like across different client objectives and communicating campaign performance clearly.
- Meeting internal and client targets in a proactive, positive, and solutions-focused way.
US Client Growth and Relationship Management
- Acting as a key day-to-day contact for US-based clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues proactively.
- Building strong, trusted client relationships that support retention, growth, and long-term partnership.
- Supporting the development of Pepper’s presence and reputation in the US market.
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen existing US client relationships and support new business growth.
- Bringing knowledge of US audiences, platforms, creator culture, and market trends into campaign planning.
- Supporting pitches, proposals, and post-campaign reporting sessions for US clients.
- Helping clients feel organised, supported, and confident in Pepper’s delivery.
Influencer Research and Relationship Management
- Identifying suitable influencers and creators for campaigns across a range of sectors, audiences, and platforms.
- Building strong creator shortlists and recommendations based on audience relevance, content quality, brand fit, and campaign objectives.
- Managing creator communication, outreach, onboarding, briefing, and campaign delivery where needed.
- Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge of influencers, creator communities, social trends, and emerging verticals, particularly across the US market.
- Building rapport with creators, clients, and partners in both formal and informal settings.
- Ensuring creators are treated with respect, clarity, and professionalism throughout the campaign process.
Client Communication and Presentations
- Leading day-to-day client communication with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
- Attending client meetings and helping to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contributing confidently to client calls, pitches, presentations, and campaign discussions.
- Presenting ideas, campaign updates, creator recommendations, and reporting insights clearly.
- Supporting post-campaign analysis and reporting sessions with clients.
- Communicating clearly and proactively with clients, suppliers, creators, and internal teams.
- Bringing a client-focused mindset to your work, ensuring campaign delivery feels thoughtful, organised, and well managed.
Creative and Strategic Contribution
- Contributing to creative and strategic ideas sessions.
- Bringing knowledge of social platforms, creator culture, audience behaviour, and US market trends into campaign planning.
- Keeping up to date with platform changes, algorithm updates, formats, trends, and best practice across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, X, Twitch, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Helping identify gaps, risks, or opportunities within campaign plans and contributing thoughtful solutions.
- Challenging the status quo of how Pepper runs campaigns and identifying opportunities to improve our processes and service offering.
- Supporting the creation of proposal slides, pitch materials, and campaign presentations.
Team Collaboration and Development
- Working independently, with support and oversight from senior team members where needed.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across Account Management, Creative, Strategy, Paid Media, Organic Social, Production, and Research.
- Supporting junior and intermediate team members by sharing knowledge, tools, feedback, and guidance.
- Acting as a responsible and supportive peer within the Account Management team.
- Taking ownership of your own learning and development, working towards agreed goals and milestones.
- Contributing to a collaborative, proactive, and human-first team culture across time zones.

Essential Requirements
- At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, creator partnerships, or a closely related area.
- Previous experience managing client accounts or delivering campaigns, ideally in an agency environment.
- A solid understanding of major social platforms and how their algorithms, formats, and communities work.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and campaign delivery.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proven record of supporting or running successful campaigns.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based on the US East Coast and able to work hours compatible with the US East Coast working day.
