About Habitat Creative:
Habitat Creative Studio is a branding and digital marketing agency dedicated to the built environment. We work alongside interior designers, architects, builders, fabricators, and landscape studios who care deeply about craft, quality, and the details that make work meaningful. We’re inspired by the thinkers, makers, and problem-solvers who bring ideas to life through design and construction.
Our approach is collaborative and relationship-driven, grounded in listening, curiosity, and a real respect for how your work comes together over time. We take the time to understand how our clients operate, their unique goals, and what success looks like for them. We show up as an extension of their team, offering steady support, thoughtful guidance, and marketing that reflects who they are, not just what they produce.
Why You’ll Love it Here:
Being on a small team here means your work actually matters. You’ll touch a lot of different parts of the business, move quickly, and have real ownership over what you’re creating. No endless approval chains or packed calendars full of unnecessary meetings. Just a solid team doing good work for clients we genuinely care about.
We’re fully remote and big on trust. We all work independently, but stay connected throughout the week on Slack sharing ideas, talking through projects, swapping weekend recs, and sending way too many photos of our pets. It’s a fun crew, and we like keeping it that way.
Once a year, we all get together for the Habitat Creative retreat to reset, reflect, and plan for what’s next. It’s part work, part quality time, and always a good reminder of how connected our team really is. Think good food, workouts, hikes, brainstorming, and a lot of laughs.
If you love great design, pay attention to details, and care about doing meaningful work with good people, you’d fit right in.
About the Role:
This is a fully remote Account Lead position focused on our interior design clients.
This is not a task management role. You're here to build real relationships, shape content strategy, and make sure every client feels like a priority. You'll work directly with our Director of Brand Strategy to develop monthly content plans, then own execution across social, email, and beyond.
The right person reads a client's brand and knows immediately how to speak to it. You understand the difference between a client whose identity lives in cool, minimal restraint and one who leads with warmth and layered texture. That understanding shows up in every caption, every call, and every content decision you make.

- Keep clients informed, confident, and excited about their marketing

- Build the kind of trust that turns clients into long-term partners who send referrals
Content and Campaign Management
- Develop and manage content calendars aligned to each client's brand

- Translate design projects into stories worth telling
- Plan and manage social content across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Substack
- Coordinate newsletter campaigns through Flodesk
- Work closely with SEO and paid ad experts to generate broader client awareness
Project Execution
- Own timelines and workflows across all assigned accounts
- Manage client review windows and consolidate feedback cleanly
- Flag scope shifts or timeline changes early, and come with a solution when you do
- Coordinate across design, social, web, and strategy to keep things moving
- Spot process gaps and say something when you do
Reporting and Strategy
- Bring performance data to monthly syncs with a point of view, not just numbers
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, launches, and storytelling across channels
- Look for ways to grow each account through a clear read on what each client is building toward
- Own client success, not just task completion
