We are a venture-backed startup operating in stealth, building a new category within product personalization. Our platform enables merchants of all sizes to offer seamless personalization directly on their own websites, improving customer experience and driving incremental revenue. Backed by top-tier investors, our lean team has already generated over $7M in revenue. We are now hiring an Account Manager (early employee) to support our next phase of growth.
What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in the success of our merchant partners. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their business goals and product needs, guiding them through implementation and expansion of our platform. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations partners, and sales to deliver tailored strategies that drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing key accounts and building long-term customer relationships
- Strong execution skills focused on helping customers maximize value from a platform
- Experience analyzing performance data and translating insights into actionable growth strategies
- Expertise in retention, expansion, and upsell motions
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort working in an early-stage startup environment, with a mindset toward building scalable processes
