Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an Account Manager (Aviation) located on the Iberian Peninsula (Spain, Portugal) or Eastern Europe. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships within the aviation sector.
Responsibilities include client onboarding, KYC and AML background and compliance checks, contract drafting and execution, aircraft registration, interfacing with third-party service providers and government regulators, managing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring client feedback, and ensuring the timely delivery of services.
Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, addressing client queries, and assisting in the development of tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management and account management experience
- Fluent, professional English. Spanish, Portuguese, or German a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams
- Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Creative Problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- Knowledge of aircraft registration procedures and regulations, and aircraft acquisition transaction elements is a plus
- Ability to work reliably, independently and flexibly in a remote work environment
