The Role We are seeking a highly organized and technically-minded Account Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role managing both internal workflows and external relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring all client-related tasks are executed flawlessly while maintaining daily communication with a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily in the Israeli market and internationally.


Requirements


Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of marketing ecosystems, including SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tracking. You must be comfortable discussing data and AI-driven search trends.

Proven Experience: Prior experience in Account Management or Client Success within the tech sector or digital marketing industry.

Language Mastery: Fluent Hebrew and High-level English (written and verbal) are mandatory for managing global and local interfaces.

Accountability: A strong sense of ownership and professional confidence in client-facing environments.

Employment Status: This is a long-term Contract (Freelance) position. We are looking for a committed team member for a core role.

Availability: Part-time position (50%), scheduled Sunday–Thursday.

Location: Fully Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Interface Management: Coordinating between internal technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Task Oversight: Monitoring all client-related deliverables to ensure accuracy and timely execution.

Client Communication: Maintaining daily touchpoints with Israeli and international clients to provide updates and build long-term trust.

Performance Reporting: Generating data-driven reports to maintain transparency and showcase the value of GEO strategies.

Strategic Growth: Ensuring deliverables align with client business objectives in the evolving AI search landscape.
