POSITION SUMMARY


The Account Executive, intake specialist is responsible for customer service and product set up on eCommerce platform through constant liaison with clients and internal teams on all matters relating to point of sale item SKU management services. The primary focus of this role will be to deliver exceptional customer services. The Account Executive, intake specialist will, in conjunction with the account team, manage the documentation of new POS items coming into the warehouse, create a new SKU and upload to the eCommerce platform along with answering customer service questions related to the eCommerce site.


JOB DUTIES


  • Work with the clients to obtain accurate information on all incoming items to the warehouse
  • Provide detailed information to warehouse on incoming inventory
  • Oversee vendor making sure SLAs are met
  • Assist with special warehouse requests from the client
  • Build relationships with clients and manage their perceptions and expectations
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers
  • Resolve client/supplier issues, escalate where appropriate
  • Implement and use best practice principles


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree. A combination of education and work experience can be substituted.
  • Excellent client facing and customer service skill.
  • Experience of working in an environment where priorities are constantly changing. Can manage change, and keep a clear perspective of end goals
  • Team worker, with positive outlook who can inspire and motivates peers
  • Focus on project management, timely delivery and achievement of Key Performance Indicators
  • Intermediate skill level with MS Office
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication
