Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Account Executive to join an exciting new Fin-Tech Startup, fully remote in the DACH Area.
In this role, you will drive new business by identifying and developing client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving sales targets. You will regularly engage with clients to understand their hiring needs, deliver tailored solutions, and provide a consultative approach to assist them in achieving their recruitment goals. Additionally, you will actively collaborate with internal teams to enhance strategies and ensure successful client placements.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
- Strong ability to develop and manage client relationships
- Analytical skills to identify industry needs and opportunities
- Clear and effective communication and presentation skills
- Experience in recruitment consulting or SaaS sales is a strong advantage
- Goal-driven mindset with an ability to perform in high-performing sales environments
- Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Sales, Business, or related fields
- Fluency in English and German proficiency in additional languages is a plus
