Dazzle is looking for a full-cycle Account Executive with a winner’s mindset. You need to get energy from relationship building with our clients, scaling, and closing deals. You’ll work 1:1 with our founder to shape our commercial engine and accelerate our growth.

Your Role

As an Account Executive, you will own the entire sales cycle:


  • Grow existing accounts and deepen client relationships
  • Build outbound lists, sequence prospects, and close deals independently
  • Follow up on MQLs from webinars, website visitors, ads, and content
  • Run discovery calls, uncover challenges, and position tailored solutions
  • Manage freelancer introductions, create proposals, and coordinate kick-offs
  • Travel to Paris, London, New York for events and client meetings
  • Work 1:1 with the Founder & CEO in a high-velocity environment


Who You Are

  • Excited to work in startup environment where every day matters

  • Experienced in B2B new business (2+ years)
  • Confident in closing deals and managing a pipeline end-to-end
  • Tech-savvy (AI, HubSpot, Clay, etc.)
  • Eager to grow quickly in role and responsibility
  • Fluent in English (Dutch strongly preferred)
  • Passionate about sustainability and impact
