We're looking for someone who can create pipeline from nothing and close deals end-to-end.

No SDRs. No inbound safety net. No hand-holding.

If you need structure, this will feel uncomfortable. If you like building, you'll do very well here.

~700 clients across 65 countries — from startups to global brands — so you're not starting from zero.

Trademark and IP workflows are still largely manual and haven't changed in decades. AI is finally rewriting how legal teams operate — that's the opportunity.

We're a lean team (~20), and the whole company runs on AI workflows — Make.com, Claude, Vertex AI, HubSpot, Aircall, and custom pipelines we build in-house.

What you'll do
  • Self-source pipeline across DACH, US, UK and EMEA. Sweden is <10% of our market. This is fully international.
  • Live on the phone. Cold calls are the primary channel. Email and LinkedIn support — they don't replace.
  • Run real discovery. Understand pain, not just qualify checklists.
  • Own deals end-to-end. First dial → signed contract. You are the engine.
  • Build your own outbound system. We give you tools — you decide how to use them and what to optimise.
Who this is for

We don't care much about titles or logos. We care about proof.

You've shown you can:

  • Get strangers to talk to you
  • Turn conversations into deals
  • Figure things out without being told how

In this market, ramp time is similar for sharp newcomers and seasoned SaaS AEs. What matters is speed, intensity, and learning ability — not years of experience.

Some of the best people in roles like this aren't "career AEs" — they're just very good at getting people to say yes.

What you bring
  • Evidence of self-sourced pipeline (calls made, meetings booked, deals closed)
  • Experience closing real B2B deals
  • Phone-first mentality — you default to calling
  • AI-native — you already use tools like ChatGPT / Claude in your workflow
  • Self-directed — you build playbooks, you don't wait for them
  • Strong written and spoken English
Nice to have
  • Outbound tooling (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, etc.)
  • Experience selling to legal / compliance / IP
  • Additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Mandarin)
