Paul Street is a premium partner marketing agency building editorial-quality partner programs for ambitious brands. We work as an extension of our clients' in-house teams, focused on long-term creator and publisher relationships, careful strategy, and the kind of partnerships that build real brand equity, not short-term noise.
We're hiring an Influencer Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role designed for someone early in their career who is excited about creator marketing, organised by nature, detail-obsessed, and ready to learn the craft of running creator partnerships from the ground up.
You'll spend your days sourcing and vetting creators across platforms, supporting outreach campaigns for a portfolio of premium client brands, and owning the reporting layer that tells us what's working and what isn't. You'll work closely with our Account Manager.
- Research and identify creators and influencers who are a strong cultural and audience fit for our client brands across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Build and maintain structured creator lists, with clear notes on audience, content style, brand alignment, and partnership history.
- Vet creators for audience quality, content fit, brand safety, and engagement authenticity.
- Draft personalised outreach messages and manage initial conversations with creators - warm, professional, and on-brand for each client.
- Coordinate with the wider team to move qualified creators through the partnership pipeline, from first contact to live partner.
- Keep CRM records, partner trackers, and outreach docs accurate and up to date.
- Pull weekly and monthly performance reports across active creator and partner campaigns.
- Track core KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, and revenue across partner programs.
- Build clean, client-ready reports that surface insights, not just numbers.
- Flag underperforming partnerships and highlight opportunities to scale the strongest ones.
- Support QBR preparation with data pulls, screenshots, and creator highlights.
- Help maintain reporting templates and standardise how we measure success across the agency.
- Support the team on day-to-day campaign work across multiple brands.
- Take detailed notes from client and creator calls and follow up on action items.
- Help keep brand context docs, partner trackers, and shared resources organised.
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, talent, PR, or a related field. Internships, freelance work, and personal projects count.
- A genuine interest in creator marketing and the influencer economy - you follow creators, notice campaigns, and have opinions on what makes them work.
- Excellent written communication. You can write warm, professional outreach emails.
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail. You double-check your work before you send it.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and reporting tools, Excel and Google Sheets confidence, and a willingness to learn platform dashboards.
- A relationship-first mindset. You understand that creators are people.
- Self-starter energy - you can manage your own time and work independently in a remote environment.
- EST availability.
