Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for an Account Assistant/Finance Assistant. Responsibilities include supporting financial operations through invoicing, assisting with accounting tasks, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring efficient communication with team members and clients. The role also involves maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Invoicing, Accounting, and general Finance operations
- Strong Analytical Skills for budgeting, financial reporting, and data interpretation
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with team members and clients effectively
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to financial problem-solving
- Familiarity with financial software or tools is beneficial
- Experience in the water management or related industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
